B = Borrower                                 C = Co-Borrower                          U = Undesignated

J = Joint                                          A = Authorized User                       I = Individual

M = Maker                                     T = Terminated

P = Participating account - Joint - cannot distinguish between married or unmarried

S = Shared Account - cannot distinguish between joint and authorized user

 

TYPE OF ACCOUNT

I = Installment Fixed payment amount for a fixed period of time.
R = Revolving Typically credit cards where you can pay a minimum amount, a higher amount or the full amount.
M = Mortgage Mortgage accounts
O = Open This is when the entire amount is due upon receipt of a bill, statement or invoice.  No payment options.

LOAN TYPES

AUTO Automobile & similar
COLL Collection Account
EDU Student Loan
INST Installment Loan where there is a fixed payment amount and a fixed number of months.
LEAS Lease
OPEN This is when the entire amount is due upon receipt of a bill, statement or invoice.  No payment options.
REV Typically credit cards where you can pay a minimum amount, a higher amount or the full amount.

                 Manner of Payment (MOP)

0 = Account too new to rate or never used

1 = Pays as agreed

2 = 30 days past due or 1 payment past due

3 = 60 days past due or 2 payments past due

4 = 90 days past due or 3 payments past due

5 = 120 days or more past due or 4 or more payments past due

7 = Account being paid by Wager Earner Plan (Chapter 13 Bankruptcy)

        or Consumer  Credit Counseling Service

8 = Repossession

9 = Bad Debt, Placed for collection, skip or charge-off
